My goal as Fiesta Gas Grills’ Executive Chef is to get you, our valued grill customer, out of the kitchen and onto the back porch.  Grilling is not just for meat anymore.  With Fiesta grills, you can bring the kitchen outside. We will be posting recipes for desserts, pizza, side dishes, grilled vegetables, grilled fruit, casseroles, even cakes and pies. There will be numerous meat recipes as well. After getting you out of the kitchen and onto the back porch, my mission is simple--by showing you the versatility of your Fiesta Gas Grill, I hope to make you a grilling legend.
